Many items are unique, pre-owned, and may show signs of age.

Eligible Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The item was significantly misdescribed in the listing.
- The item arrives damaged in transit and is reported to us within 48 hours of receipt, with photographs.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- ‘Sold as seen’ purchases – items collected in person are considered inspected by the buyer.
- Items clearly marked as ‘Non-Returnable’ in the listing.
- Bulky or high-value freight items (e.g., large furniture) where change-of-mind returns would involve significant shipping costs.
- Items purchased through inquiry-based sales where special terms were agreed before purchase.

Change of Mind
If you change your mind:
- We are not obliged to accept the return unless stated otherwise in the product listing.
- If we do agree, the buyer must pay all return shipping costs and return the item in the same condition as received.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 14 days after inspection.
